Gestor Minuto
Terms and Conditions
of Use of the Website
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This is a translation of the Portuguese Terms and Conditions. If the two versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Identification of the person responsible
The gestorminuto.pt website is provided, within the Gestor Minuto project, under the responsibility of the following individual:
- Name
- Pedro Alexandre Vaz Serra de Vasconcelos Albuquerque
- Tax number (NIF)
- 166150681
- Address
- Rua dos Pinheiros, n.º 11, 2690-340 Santa Iria de Azoia, Portugal
- Website
- https://gestorminuto.pt
The name Gestor Minuto identifies the project and the platform presented on the website. At this stage, it does not correspond to a commercial company identified here as the provider. Any future change of the person responsible will be communicated by updating this information.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Gestor Minuto presentation website, intended for accounting firms, including sending requests for information or demonstrations.
At this stage, the website does not allow you to buy, subscribe to or pay for the software. Sending a request is not an order, a contract to use the platform or a commitment to buy.
These terms should be read before using the website's features. They do not replace the specific conditions of any future contract, nor do they amount to consent to the processing of personal data or to marketing communications.
3. Use of the website
Users must use the website lawfully, respecting the rights of third parties and providing information appropriate to their request. It is forbidden to:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or purposes harmful to third parties;
- Attempt to access restricted areas, bypass security mechanisms or disrupt the website's operation;
- Send malicious code, spam or abusive automated requests;
- Use content in breach of intellectual property rights or process third-party data without a legal basis.
Access may be limited as far as necessary to prevent or stop abusive use, without prejudice to the rights users have under the law.
4. Services
The website presents a platform that supports the work of accounting firms, including document organisation, task preparation and tracking of obligations. The features are described on the product's own pages.
Users can request information or a demonstration through the contact form or the email given in section 10. The team replies by email; whether and when a demonstration takes place depends on confirmation. A request does not guarantee early access, a licence or a launch date.
Users must not send client documents, access credentials or confidential information to request a demonstration.
Any future contract will depend on identifying the provider and on communicating and accepting specific conditions, including features, price, duration, support and data processing rules. These terms do not govern such a contract.
The information on the website is not individual accounting, tax, legal or financial advice and does not replace the assessment of a qualified professional.
5. Liability
The person responsible seeks to keep the website's information correct and up to date and to correct errors they become aware of. The website's availability may be affected by maintenance, technical failures or external events, which will be handled appropriately to the circumstances.
Descriptions, images and demonstrations should be read in the context in which they are presented. They do not guarantee specific results, nor do they remove the need to assess whether the software suits the user's needs.
Links to third-party websites are provided to make information easier to reach. Their content and conditions are set by those responsible for them, and users should read them before using them.
Liability is assessed under the applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, namely in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor users' mandatory rights.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos, graphic elements, design and other content of the website are protected by the rights of their respective holders. Identifying the person responsible for the website does not mean they hold all those rights.
Browsing the website does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Reproducing, altering, distributing or commercially exploiting content requires the authorisation of the respective holder, except for uses permitted by law or by an applicable licence.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data related to the website is described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Portuguese law.
The form asks for name, email, phone (optional), the user's situation and a message in order to answer the request and follow up on the clarifications or demonstration requested. Sending it does not sign you up to any newsletter or marketing list. Any future sign-up to such communications will be your own informed choice.
The technical processing needed for the website to work securely, as well as audience measurement and user preferences, are explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Using the website does not amount to automatically accepting technologies that require consent.
Rights relating to personal data can be exercised through geral@gestorminuto.pt, under the terms and conditions provided by law. The Privacy Policy is available in the website footer; the Cookie Policy, in the cookie notice and in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, its features or the law. The version in force and the date of the last update are shown on this page.
Changes take effect from publication, without retroactively affecting rights already acquired. Where a change legally requires specific information or express acceptance, those requirements will be met.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules.
Disputes fall under the courts determined by the applicable legal rules, including consumer protection rules where relevant. No waiver of a legally competent court is imposed.
Users may first contact the person responsible to seek a solution. Recourse to the courts and, where applicable, to the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by law remains available.
